The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety several draft resolutions re celebration of jubilee and memorable dates

The draft laws include a number of recommendations and suggestions to state authorities and bodies of local self-government in regard to organization of celebrations.
